I called shortly after and spoke with Tony. I told him my problem with doggie oops on my basement carpet and he came over within the hour. He checked the rug and told me it wouldnt be a problem. His price was MORE than fair and I asked him when he could do it? He was going away but I told him I was having company. He ACTUALLY went out to his truck and said he would do the rug RIGHT NOW! Great service, easily made an appointment, and reasonable prices! I had originally used this company for upholstery cleaning, which came beautiful! Owner Anthony Basile himself showed up. Some of my carpets were heavily stained, and didn’t really consider cleaning them, I really didn’t think they would come clean.
